Harvest Ready prepares people to safely assist grain farmers during harvest through hands-on training, equipment familiarity, and logged practice hours.
What is Harvest Ready?
Harvest Ready is a practical training program and helper network designed to reduce harvest stress. We focus on safety, predictability, and harvest flow—so farmers aren’t training people for the first time in the middle of harvest.
How It Works
How It Works
Core Training (Saturday): Classroom + Hands-on ride-alongs $200/person
Alpha Training (Sunday):1 on 1 Supervised Training Time $125/hour (After completing Core)
Certified Pool: opt-in for farmers seeking trained help
